**Responsibilities**:

- Report to HR Manager and assisting in Administration for all HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Monthly Payroll Administration, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ personal file, ISO documentation, training records, medical insurance, staff confirmation, etc.
- Plan, implement and participating in training and development, induction programme and employee welfare.
- Attend to employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business Management/Administrative or related.
- At least two (2) years of working experience.
- Independent with good personality.
- Able to communicate well with all level of staffs.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge of payroll software (QuickPay) will be added advantage.
- Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
