Ensure smooth running of daily routine activities/operations of HR & Admin Assist HOD to maintain employees' daily attendance & movement monitoring system, employee turnover and recruitment status. Issue communications (i.e. memo/ circular/ notice) on human resources matters when required. Responsible for staff overtime and claims. Apply, renew and update CIDB, MOF, Niosh info or any related business-related licence/ certificates Arrange company Vehicle inspection, insurance, Road Tax. Assist HOD to prepare necessary reporting on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management. Assist HOD to manage, co-ordinate recruitment and conduct interview with hiring manager. Assist HOD to manage exit procedures Assist HOD to maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated. Assist HOD to maintain all HR data records (i.e. recruitment & selection, wages, OT, allowances and etc.) in place. Nurture a positive working environment. Ensure effective health, safety and security system in the company. Assist HOD in establishing the HR & Admin (1) Policy & Guidelines and (2) Procedures and ensure compliance by employees; and review and revise from time to time or as-and-when required. Assist HOD in conducting market research, propose and advise on the new salary benchmarking and staff benefits programs from time to time or as-and-when required. Assist HOD in defining performance goals, facilitating performance feedback, coaching and reinforcement Assist HOD in handling employee’s grievance and taking initiative to solve the problems. Assist HOD in handling staff discipline, IR matters and other issues related to employment. Any other duties assigned by Management.
