Cure Collective is an Australian family-owned marketing agency who has created the business out of passion for design and marketing and achieving outstanding results for clients. Over the past two years we have experienced significant growth in websites development and eCommerce.

We are expanding our operation in Malaysia and are looking for two Website Developers to deliver outstanding results for clients on time and budget.

**Role**:Website Developer - WordPress and Shopify

**Job Type**: Independent Contractor

**Hours**: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 5.30pm Sydney time)

40 hours per week plus option for additional hours during high demand times

High degree of flexibility in terms of days - although being available on the Australian time zone is important.

**Location**:Work from home (Remote)

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the development team to deliver websites in line with design requirements provided (cross-browser, responsive including desktop, tablet and mobile)
- Help-desk support - helping find technical solutions to customer requirements
- Website maintenance for existing clients who require plugin updates, backups and more
- Ensuring sites are maintained to the highest standards
- Quality assurance at all stages of development
- The desire to be solution-focused and produce great work
- The ability to manage to time and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail - high level of QA
- Loyalty, honesty and passionate
- The ability to adapt to our processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical capability in Shopify, WordPress (and WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Javascript
- WordPress plugin management, modification, integration, debugging and troubleshooting
- Experience working with cPanel management and maintenance
- Basic understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and tactics
- Experience in Google Ads management, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
- Sound communication skills (both written and spoken) - particularly in English
- Being able to work within the Australian time zone

**Experience**: We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2-3 years website development and management experience who can efficiently and effectively help us deliver wonderful websites to clients.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
