As the Website Manager at Duhani Capital, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online presence to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and support business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and performance of our website, ensuring that it remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and technically robust.

**What will you do**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, including content updates, feature enhancements, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align website strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement website optimization strategies to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, optimize site navigation, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor website traffic, performance, and user behavior using analytics tools, and generate reports to track key metrics and insights.
- Coordinate website projects, including new feature implementations, redesigns, and integrations with third-party platforms or services.
- Stay informed about emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and service providers involved in website development, hosting, or maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on website-related tools, processes, and procedures.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in web development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications or training in web design/development are a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 years in website management, preferably in the financial services industry or related sectors.
- Proficiency in web development languages and platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, website design best practices, and responsive/mobile-friendly design techniques.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies to measure and optimize website performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
