Franchise Operations Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_Part 1 -Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs_**
- _Responsible to guide Franchisee on Staff Management (Hiring, Training, Scheduling and handling of staff) of Franchisee outlets._
- _Responsible to guide Outlet Staffs on day-to-day Operation inclusive on reporting. _
- _Guidance on Stock Management (Ordering and storage management) of franchise outlets during the opening._
- _Guidance on Training of Outlet Supervisor, Leader and Service Crew_
- _Assisting Franchise Operation Manager with tasks given. _
- _Ensure all SOP are executed accurately by Franchisee Outlet._
- _Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality._
- _Advise on dos and don’ts when Franchisee Outlet reports an issue._
- _To be overseeing all Franchisee Outlets together with Franchise Operation Team._
- _Perform relevant reporting and report when needed the attention from Management._
- _Perform site visits to ensure SOPs are followed at all time._
**_Part 2 - Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above_**
**_Responsible for New Outlet Staff & Owner Training_**
- Functions trainer to train new outlet staffs for 14 days._
- Functions trainer to train new owner for 4 days._
- To ensure all parties understand and able to operate smoothly according to llaollao SOP._
**_Responsible for Franchise store openings_**_**_
- **_**_- Functions as the operation support for new store opening teams to franchisee._
- Supports franchise with assistance and completion of the New Store Opening Checklist._
- Based in new opening outlets during the 1st week to smoothen the outlet operation._
- Conducts post opening visit to evaluate the stabilized operation of the store._
- **Responsible for franchise store adherence to organization Standards and Procedures**_
- Visits all stores and monitors store level quality issues concerning product, staffing, training and safety_
- Ensuring audits are conducted regularly and provide action plan for store improvement_
- Provides guidance in all operational areas_
- Supports the franchise operations teams implement any changes or additions to corporate standards and adherence to reporting procedures_

**_Qualification and Experience_**
- _Minimum SPM and above. _
- _At least _2_ _years working experience in Food and Beverages industries or equivalent. _
- _Good working experience in Operating outlet and know in and out of operations._
- _Good leadership skills and able to provide knowledge to outlet._
- _Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills._
- _Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is added advantage._
- _Possess strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills._
- _High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines._
- _Able to work under mínimal supervision._
**_Skills & Knowledge_**
- _Organisational skills, ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadline_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills _
- _Keen operation sense with full understanding of each department role and needs _
- _Sharp observation skills _
- _Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills _
- _Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills _

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
