**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for the management of department daily reports and data entry.
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- Entering information into the computerised database.
- Ensure the usage of documents and forms within the department is effective.
- Arrange and records department meeting minutes.
- Analyze daily energy cost statistics data and other various related reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth communication within department.
- Proficient in using Office software and ERP systems, with experience in warehouse management.
- Skilled in setting up spare parts warehouses, managing inventory in and out, and handling material procurement.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required. '
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, able to work independently.
- Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application will be provided).
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
