Responsible for preparing purchase orders, recording, filling and aspects of the purchasing function. - Sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier / Vendor for best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality & service. - To check quotations and price from suppliers and prepare quotation comparison for approval. - To tally the invoice value against purchase value. - To ensure purchase order match with delivery order & invoice. - Update and distribute supplier full information and records. - Regular updating price list.
