We are seeking a talented individual to join our** Rewards** team at **Mercer Malaysia**. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

**Rewards Consulting Lead**

**We will count on you to**:

- Manages client projects: prepares project charts and templates using project management tools, estimates hours for the project team, and prepares timelines for project milestones.
- Serves as a primary client contact and builds relationships with clients.
- Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.
- Delegates project tasks in line with individual capability, development needs and available analyst and associate resources. Leads both internal and client project status meetings.
- Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.
- Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in **any discipline**
- ** Minimum 8 years experience within Consulting or Human Resource (including 2-3 years experience in a people management capacity)**
- Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially **Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
- Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
