**Job responsibilities**:

- To carry out clerical assistance such as data entry, Photostat, faxing, typing and recording under Project Department
- To assist Site Construction Department updating the documentations during ISO implementation
- Perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
- Ordering site office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly.
- Assist in monitor workers attendance on daily basis.
- To set up documentation and filing system for the project
- To maintain and update the documentation system periodically both for Project Management and HQ
- To ensure that all documents are implemented. All document used by project team
- To assist Project Manager to prepare their task such as Project Quality Plan, Progress report etc
- To deliver the instruction and assignment given by the superior
- To comply & adhere to Company Policy & take care of Company Intereset and Property

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Administration/Office Management or equivalent education required
- Min. 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience **(Construction Industry)**:

- Able to work full-time in Construction Project Site
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel, and related.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
