**Job Title: Document Controller**
**Location: Kuala Perlis**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and update document control systems to track revisions, approvals, and distribution of documents.
- Ensure all site documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, reports, and correspondence is properly filed and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate document flow between the site team, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare and process site-related documents such as transmittals, submission logs, purchase orders, invoices, and progress claims.
- Organize and schedule document reviews, approvals, and distribution timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of site reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure strict adherence to document control protocols and support compliance with company policies and site safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Minimum of a **Diploma** or equivalent in **Administration, Business Management, Document Control, or a related field**.

**Experience**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in a document control or administrative role, preferably within the **construction industry**.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document control software/tools.
- Strong knowledge of **document control practices** and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and site operations is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality.

**Language**:

- Proficiency in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (written and spoken).

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work **on-site in Kuala Perlis**.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid **driver’s license**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
