**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and costs.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify any risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards on-site.
- Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site meetings, review progress reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and review contracts, variations, and claims, ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met.
- Ensure effective quality control processes are implemented throughout the project.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all activities, decisions, and communications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction or civil engineering projects.
- **Certifications**:

- **CIDB Certification** (Essential).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or equivalent is an advantage.
- OSH certifications (e.g., Green Card) are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word for project planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial management.
- Ability to manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to travel and work on-site in Kuala Perlis.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
