Established Logistics Company In Johor Bahru Looking For **Freight Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, organize and coordinate all shipping activities such as shipping documentation, booking and shipment schedule.

2. Ensure proper filing is done for Shipping Instruction (SI) and BL confirmation

3. Coordinate with shipping and forwarding on documentation such as booking, invoice and BL

4. Liason with internal department for timely and cost efficiency arrangement.

5. Manage and monitor day-to-day shipment status and ensure problems are follow up.

6. Responsible to ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are updated and regularly reviewed to comply with the guidelines.

7. Verify all import / export billing and submit to Finance for payment purpose.

8. Prepare and ensure all clearance documents are complete to ensure smooth delivery.

9. Any other tasks or assignments may be assigned

Requirements:

2. Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field

3. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

4. Able to work independently with good team work

5. Experience in import/export procedure and documentation.

7. Ability to work on cross-functional

8. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Good command of English in both verbal and written communication).
