**1. Project Coordination & Administration**
- Assist in **planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities** to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update **project documentation, contracts, and reports** for easy reference.
- Serve as the **point of contact** for project-related administrative tasks and communication.
**2. Document Control & Reporting**
- Manage and maintain **project records, contracts, permits, and approvals** in an organized manner.
- Prepare and distribute **meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates** to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper **filing and retrieval of project documentation** for audit and compliance purposes.
**3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between **project managers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders**.
- Schedule and coordinate **meetings, appointments, and site visits** as required.
- Assist in preparing and distributing **official correspondence, memos, and reports**.
**4. Financial & Procurement Support**
- Assist in **budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting**.
- Support procurement activities, including **preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries**.
- Ensure cost control measures are followed in line with **project budgets and financial policies**.
**5. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure that project activities adhere to **company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards**.
- Support the **risk management process** by identifying and reporting potential project risks.
- Assist in obtaining necessary **permits, approvals, and compliance documentation**.
