**Main Purposes of this Position**:
**Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
To carry out research tasks according to the research protocol. Generally, these include:

- Develops, submits, and manages original institutional review board (IRB) submissions.
- Recruits and manages individuals to participate in study-related activities, such as focus group discussions, online and in-person surveys, and other study activities.
- Produces and disseminate announcements to support the recruitment of participants into the research studies.
- Works independently and has strong communication skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Maintain ethical conduct and maturity when asking sensitive questions.
- **Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English** (Chinese or Tamil will be a bonus)
- Ability to quickly problem solve, and work collaboratively under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and flexibility
- Ability to communicate accomplishments and project barriers to multidisciplinary team
- Ability to learn via trainings, new software for project management, data management, etc.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
