We are seeking a passionate and skilled Research Associate to join research team. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven innovation. This role involves designing experiments, developing models, analyzing data, and publishing impactful research.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct applied and theoretical research in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative models.


• Design and implement machine learning algorithms and pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into deployable solutions.


• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support model development and validation.


• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.


• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.


• Support senior researchers in grant writing, proposal development, and project planning.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics from top 20 collage, or related field.


• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.


• Proficiency in C/C++, Python or R; experience with ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).


• Familiarity with research methodology and academic writing.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.
