**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Transportation Planning & Execution**
- Plan and issue transportation requests to service providers in a timely manner for TCM deliveries.
- Monitor incoming shipments of CKD and MSP containers and prepare call-in plans.
- Issue Request of Transportation (ROT) to appointed hauliers based on plant schedules.
- Communicate with the plant weekly to ensure timely ROT release.
- Follow up on customs clearance and issue gate passes for daily haulage.
- Monitor and coordinate transporter delivery performance.

**2. Export Shipment Handling**
- Ensure booking and documentation for export shipments are issued timely.
- Work with the plant to gather monthly forecast volumes for export of returnable racks.
- Book export shipments with appointed shipping lines.
- Issue export ROT to haulage transporters.
- Update Maximum Gross Weight (MGW) in the port system for all export shipments.

**3. Operational Efficiency & Documentation**
- Ensure timely issuance of ROT for both DG and GEN containers.
- Use the GSCM system for ROT issuance and documentation.
- Maximize use of reusable import containers for TCMSP and TCMI exports.
- Generate gate passes via port system for assigned transporters.

**4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Monitor and track delivery performance and compliance.
- Schedule and attend monthly delivery performance review meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action items.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**Financial**:

- Minimize port storage and demurrage costs for TCM & TCMI to remain within the RM8000/year target.
- Avoid costs related to Export VGM and other SSR charges.

**Customer**:

- Ensure compliance for CKD delivery and container haulage execution.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery for side curtain and inter-plant box truck shipments.
- Maintain delivery compliance for UD Trucks.

**Processes**:

- ROT issuance accuracy and timeliness.
- Optimal container reuse and system update compliance.

**People (Learning & Development)**:

**Qualifications**
- Level of education: Bachelor of Business Adminstration (Hons) Operations Management
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years
- Discipline/Related Field: Operations Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
