**Main Tasks**:
HR Operations
- Assist the HR Specialist in managing, monitoring, and processing staff movements, including confirmations, new hires, contract expirations, and resignations, in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain staff attendance and leave records in the system.
- Review job descriptions, ensuring they are documented and filed promptly.
- Organize employees' personal files systematically and in a timely manner.
Recruitment
- Support the HR Specialist by serving as a point of contact for the entire recruitment process, including hiring requisitions, job postings, sourcing, interviews, the selection process, offer management, and other pre
- and post-hiring activities.
- Maintain and update HR induction slides.
- Conduct effective onboarding induction sessions for new staff and manage the off-boarding process.
- Ensure the timely collection of all relevant pre
- and post-employment documentation to facilitate efficient and seamless processing by other HR sub-units.
Learning & Development
- Assist the HR Specialist by serving as a point of contact for external parties, such as training vendors. This includes reviewing training quotations, contracts, and agreements, as well as handling fee negotiations.
**Skills**:
- Posted with a thorough understanding of HR and solid experience in end-to-end HR operations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Action-oriented, detail-minded, and organized.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including interdepartmental teams and external vendors.
**Qualification**:
- Graduate with a Diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferred.
- With approximately 1 to 3 years working experience in similar job function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.
- Requires language proficiency in English and Malay.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
