We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Assistant/ Clerk**to join our Human Resources and Administration team. The role involves performing general office administration tasks, supporting daily HR operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily HR & Administration tasks, including training requisition, records management, and attendance tracking.
- Manage employee claims (medical, overtime, HRDF, etc.) and leave records.
- Support compliance with **IATF 16949**, **ISO 14001**, and **ISO 45001** standards.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analyses.
- Manage incoming calls and organize office documentation.
- Handle staff inquiries and assist with safety equipment (shoes, lockers, uniforms).
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff resignations.
- Administer payroll and wage preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and HR procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM** or equivalent academic qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Knowledgeable in HR regulations and practices.
- Familiar with **IATF 16949**, **ISO 14001**, **ISO 45001** standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
