**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the _**ESG Programs**_ (Environmental, Social & Governance).
- Organize _**ISO**_, _**RBA**_ and customer compliance activities.
- Perform internal audit for _**ISO**_, _**Customer**_, _**RBA**_ standard and prepare management review record.
- Manage Supplier/Vendor/Contractor on a quarterly basis to ensure legal compliance.
- Internal & External Auditor for company/customer regulations.
- Key person to update the management on the latest changes in the _**International Code of Conduct Standards**_, including _**Responsible Business Alliance**_ (_**RBA**_), _**Workplace Condition Assessment**_(_**WCA**_), _**International Labor Organization**_ (_**ILO**_), _**International Organization of Standardization**_ (_**ISO**_) and other relevant standards.
- Organize internal audit within the company to ensure full compliance to customer’s requirements, ISO, and RBA.
- Liaise with external auditors during on-site audits and coordinates with respective departments for the audit preparation and plan.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or compliance to Human Resource or equivalent.
- Well versed in _**ISO**_ and _**Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)**_.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related filed is required for this position.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
