Audit Compliance

The RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Audit Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's alignment with ethical and responsible business practices by conducting comprehensive audits based on the RBA Code of Conduct. This role involves assessing supplier facilities, evaluating labor and environmental practices, identifying potential compliance gaps, and recommending improvements to uphold the RBA's principles. The RBA Audit Compliance Specialist collaborates closely with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to drive positive social and environmental impact across the supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the ESG Programs (Environmental, Social & Governance).
- Identify root cause and follow up on any corrective actions for non-compliance or discrepancies of Company and Customer audit.
- Lead and organize ISO, RBA and customer compliance activities.
- Responsible in ISO system establishment, establish SOP for new process and revise SOP for existing process to meet standard requirement.
- Perform internal audit for ISO, Customer, RBA standard and prepare management review record.
- Initiate and conduct monthly process Audit. Communicate internal non-conformance issue, co-ordinate with relevant HODs on improvement actions required on poor performance and propose corrective action plan to prevent recurrence.
- Manage Supplier/Vendor/Contractor on a quarterly basis to ensure legal compliance.
- Internal & External Auditor for company/customer regulations.
- Key person to update the management on the latest changes in the International Code of Conduct Standards; including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Workplace Condition Assessment, International Labor Organization (ILO), International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and other relevant standards.
- Assess and facilitate Labor & Ethics (L&E) risk assessments within the company.
- Organize bi-yearly internal audit within the company to ensure full compliance to customer’s requirements, ISO, and RBA.
- Liaise with external auditors during on-site audits and coordinates with respective departments for the audit preparation and plan.
- Monitor and track external audit’s corrective actions plan and ensure that all findings are close within the given time frame.
- Developed and prepared year plan for social compliance activities, including audit and training by needs assessment and additional requirements from the customers and applicable laws.
- Delivered training in a monthly basis on awareness and refresher of social compliance topics, including additional materials that fits organizational plan, training need assessment and skills matrix to DL & IDL.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Ethical Auditor) are advantageous.
- Experience (typically 3-5 years) in auditing, compliance, sustainability, or supply chain management, preferably within industries related to electronics, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with ethical and sustainability standards, particularly the RBA Code of Conduct, and a strong understanding of responsible business practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Detail-oriented approach to conducting audits, analyzing information, and preparing accurate reports.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
