**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics.
- Over 10 years of experience in plant quality manager or operations manager roles, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Proficiency in ISO quality systems, 8D, FMEA, APQP, and other quality management tools.
- Deep understanding of quality management processes, modern enterprise management methods, and willingness to lead overall quality improvement in entrepreneurial enterprises.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and operational protocols, meticulous and rigorous, excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, strong team spirit and leadership capabilities, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in quality project management.
- Experience in technical or manufacturing roles in the EMS industry.
- Proficient in basic office software with excellent oral and written English communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Audit:

- Internal Audit:

- Establish/update framework for regular internal audits.
- Plan and execute annual internal audits, including unplanned audits.
- Collaborate with process owners to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- External Audit:

- Ensure timely preparation for external audits and address audit recommendations.
- Vendor Audit/Customer Audit:

- Establish/update audit frameworks for suppliers/customers.
- Plan and conduct regular audits and ensure effective implementation.
- Process Efficiency:

- Review and analyze monthly KPIs for performance and efficiency.
- Quality Management:

- Manage customer claims related to quality and develop/update non-conforming and CAPA procedures.
- Conduct analysis of customer claims and provide solutions during management meetings.
- Verification:

- Ensure timely process validation according to set requirements.
- Environmental Compliance:

- Lead and organize environmental compliance implementation.
- Compliance and Documentation:

- Audit and formulate company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Product Technical Development:

- Develop test development and test equipment.
- Monitor production documentation and manage technical changes.
- Business Intelligence:

- Analyze opportunities/trends and propose new technologies/methods.
- Personnel and Performance Management:

- Establish departmental KPIs and reporting framework.
- Plan department resources and identify training needs.
- Environmental Responsibility:

- Maintain and protect the company's internal and external environment in accordance with the environmental management policy.

**Salary**: RM18,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
