Homestay Customer Service Executive 民宿客服专员

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our homestay operations team. This role involves handling guest inquiries, coordinating check-ins/outs, and maintaining high-quality communication with guests—especially Mandarin-speaking tourists.
- Location : Kota Kinabalu Imago The Loft (apartment above Imago Shopping Mall)
- EPF & SOCSO provided
- Languages Required: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written)
- Able to work 6 days a week, including public holidays
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle guest needs independently
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound guest inquiries via multiple channels:
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out and assign daily tasks to cleaners
- Communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin) to assist guests from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions
- Record all interactions and process required documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and physical filing systems
- Follow standard communication procedures, service guidelines, and company policies

- 每周需工作 6 天，包括假期轮班
- 工作细心、有责任感，能独立应对客户突发需求
工作职责（Job Responsibilities）：
- 通过多平台接收与回复客户咨询（WhatsApp、OTA应用、微信、电话）
- 协助客人办理入住与退房流程，安排清洁人员日常任务
- 根据流程处理文件、入住资料与系统记录（使用 Microsoft Excel、Word、文件归档）
- 使用中文与客户沟通，协助接待来自需要以中文沟通的海内外旅客
- 遵守公司既定的沟通流程、服务规范与操作指引
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
