Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification: retail sales experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
  • Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500 + Commission + Incentives: Up to RM5,000/month

  • 达成个人销售目标
  • 专业并迅速地处理客户来自各平台的咨询与请求
  • 跟进客户问题并妥善解决投诉
  • 更新并维护客户资料系统
  • 与客户及合作伙伴保持良好关系
  • 准备每月报告与相关文书工作(如有需要)
  • 确保店面整洁,执行每日库存检查
  • 完成上级或区域经理指派的其他任务

  • 具备良好的沟通与谈判能力
