We are hiring a full-time Business & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow with our multi-service business (homestay, travel, car rental).

Work Details:

- location : Imago The Loft (Above Imago Shopping Mall)
- EPF & SOCSO provided

**Requirements**:

- Open to fresh graduates (training provided)
- Must be fluent in Chinese (written & spoken); English required; Malay is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, or social media content creation is preferred
- Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays on a rotating basis

Job Responsibilities:

- Record daily walk-in sales (homestay / travel / car rental) in Google Sheets
- Reord daily reports: Homestay & Car rental purchasing needs, stock list, maintenance list and occupancy rates
- Issue invoices for car rental and travel customers, and help with document filing
- Coordinate car rental bookings, tour packages, and charter service schedules
- Create and post daily content (videos, Canva designs, captions) on Social Media.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook & other Social Media platforms

职位要求：
- 欢迎应届毕业生，无经验可培训
- 精通中文（书写与沟通），英文流利，会马来文为加分项
- 熟悉 Google Sheets、Canva 或社交媒体者优先
- 善于沟通、细心负责，有时间协调与客户服务意识
- 每周需上班 6 天（包含轮班假期）

工作内容：
- 记录每日 walk-in 销售（民宿 / 租车 / 旅游），整理 Google Sheet 报表
- 协助开具旅游与租车发票，整理客户资料与档案
- 记录每日汇总采购、库存、维修，出租率（occupancy）等报表
- 协助安排并跟进租车服务、旅游配套与包车服务日程
- 回应客户关于租车、旅游配套的咨询，并提供报价与行程说明
- 制作宣传内容（影片、Canva 图片、文字文案）发布至小红书、Facebook 等社交媒体平台
- 每日更新社交媒体内容，维护账号活跃度
- 主动回应客户咨询（WhatsApp、微信、社交平台平台）

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
