**Location**: Perindustrian Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram, Johor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all documentation and coordination related to freight forwarding (import/export).
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters for scheduling and booking shipments.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logístical issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, reports, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant shipping and customs regulations.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to manage logistics operations smoothly.
- Track costs and assist in optimizing the logistics and shipping budget.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in **freight forwarding or shipping operations**.
- **Language**: Proficiency in **Mandarin** and **English** is essential.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
