**JAWATAN: ASSISTANT CHEF/DEMI COOK (1 KEKOSONGAN SAHAJA)**
**BASIC: RM1900-RM2300+OT+ELAUN MALAM**

**Waktu Kerja**:

- 8pagi-5petang/ 9malam-6pagi tidak termasuk OT
- Kerja 9jam rehat 1 jam
- Kerja melebihi 9jam akan dikira sebagai OT
- Elaun malam RM100/per minggu jika shift malam

**Job Responsibility**
- Membantu penyediaan bahan masakan seperti memotong sayur, daging dan bahan perasa serta memastikan bahan yang digunakan segar dan mencukupi.
- Menjaga kualiti, rasa dan persembahan makanan.
- Membersihkan peralatan dapur selepas digunakan.
- Memastikan kawasan dapur sentiasa bersih dan mengikut piawaian keselamatan makanan
- Berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan chef dan rakan sekerja lain untuk kelancaran operasi dapur.
- Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan, termasuk pemakaian PPE seperti apron, sarung tangan & hairnet.
- Mengelakkan pembaziran bahan mentah dan memastikan pengendalian makanan secara bersih.

**Kelayakan**:
Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2-5 tahun dalam bidang masakan (F&B), sihat dan minat yang mendalam dalam bidang F&B. Calon yang boleh mula serta-merta akan diberi keutamaan.
