**Job Description**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for business team, management and clients.
- Data consolidation from multiple sources, validation and analysis of trend and identify any gaps.
- Populate reporting templates with data from multiple source and system.
- Ensure reports submission meeting SLA - timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist in Business Operations Compliance, generate report, identify gap and follow up with business on the action/remediation to ensure full compliance with local regulations or procedure.
- Prepare monitoring, tracking and reporting for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Utilise data, perform trend analysis and identify opportunity for improvements.
- Perform ad hoc data gathering and analysis to support business initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports specifications and requirement, data source and updates any changes made to reporting process.
- Provide support in the delivery of business support operations if needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or special projects as requested.

**; Requirements**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Statistic, Business Analytic, Management Science and technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in data analyst, business or finance reporting role
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit
- Confident in making outbound call to communicate with Sales team, Accounts Manager, Clients on a very frequent basis.
- Must be an advanced Excel user familiar with advanced logical formulas, and macros/VBA required
- Proven ability to multi-task and meeting tight deadline.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Experience in Power BI, Dashboard reporting will be added value.
