The Sales Executive will seek new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with customers to boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth.

In order to increase sales and support long-term business growth, the sales executive representative works as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams by looking for new business prospects and building relationships with client.

**Qualifications**:

- Malaysian
- Previous work experience in Direct Sales or similar role.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Malay language verbally.
- Able to liaison in Mandarin.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Bringing in new conversions to our company.
- Identifying client needs and provide suggestions for appropriate product solutions.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Staying up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
- Identifying and evaluating market to develop and implement strategic sales plan focused on financial gain as well as customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent, end to end customer service for clients: advising on insurance policies, assisting with claims, purchasing insurance products and general product inquiries.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are forecast and tracked.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
