**Position** : Regional HR Specialist
**Salary Range** : Up to RM 7,000
**Location** : Bangsar South, KL
**Working Hours** : Monday - Friday (Flexi working hours, WFH Friday - May vary from time-to-time)

The Regional HR Specialist is primarily responsible for driving and managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires the right talent efficiently and professionally. This position works closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience while maintaining clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders. Beyond talent acquisition, this position also supports other HR operational matters including HRIS maintenance, employee benefits administration, documentation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, assessments, selection, and offer management.
- Collaborate with department managers to plan and coordinate new hire induction schedules and onboarding logistics.
- Conduct HR induction; regularly update and enhance induction materials and presentations to reflect the latest information and company practices.
- Coordinate with the office administrator to ensure smooth preboarding arrangements and a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates on recruitment and hiring status to relevant stakeholders.
- Draft and circulate new hire announcements to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, including system administration, leave and attendance tracking, and report generation.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters, and maintain proper filing systems.
- Administer and support employee benefit matters for the Malaysia office and regional team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity in handling personal and sensitive employee information.
- Support other HR-related matters, including operations, administrations, projects, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on HR experience, with solid exposure to the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across all departments and levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping, documentation, and follow up.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
