Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative / Manager (Outdoor Advertising)**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- **Identify new business opportunities**: Research and generate leads for potential clients looking for outdoor advertising spaces (billboards, transit ads, etc.).
- **Sell advertising space**: Present and sell advertising solutions to local and national businesses.
- **Build and maintain client relationships**: Establish long-term relationships with advertisers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Create proposals**: Develop custom advertising proposals based on client needs, budgets, and campaign goals.
- **Negotiate contracts**: Handle pricing negotiations, terms, and sign agreements with clients.
- **Marketing and Branding**:

- **Campaign strategy**: Collaborate with clients to develop advertising campaigns tailored to their target audience and objectives.
- **Promotional activities**: Design and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness about outdoor advertising solutions.
- **Content creation**: Work with design teams or external partners to create compelling advertising designs and visuals that will attract the audience.
- **Market research**: Analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
- **Digital marketing integration**: Leverage online platforms (social media, websites, etc.) to complement traditional outdoor advertising and drive engagement.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Management**:

- **Client communication**: Provide ongoing communication and support to clients to ensure their campaigns are running smoothly.
- **Campaign tracking and reporting**: Measure the performance of ad campaigns and provide clients with results and ROI reports.
- **Problem-solving**: Address any concerns or issues clients may have, offering quick resolutions.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with the creative, operations, and logistics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- **Coordinate with external partners**: Work with media buyers, ad agencies, or design firms for creative and strategic inputs.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- **Sales reporting**: Track and report sales metrics, revenue, and campaign performance to upper management.
- **CRM management**: Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the CRM system for follow-up and tracking.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Sales skills**: Strong experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or outdoor marketing.
- **Negotiation skills**: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- **Marketing knowledge**: Understanding of marketing principles, trends, and the advertising industry, specifically outdoor advertising formats.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
- **Customer service**: Ability to manage client relationships and address needs or concerns proactively.
- **Digital knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques to integrate with traditional outdoor advertising.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: Address challenges quickly and creatively to maintain client satisfaction.
- **Time management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in advertising, media, or sales, especially in the outdoor advertising sector (e.g., billboards, transit ads, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A background in marketing or communications is beneficial.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and its integration with traditional advertising formats.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
