**Job Summary**: Hyleen, a renowned Muslim fashion company offering a variety of women's fashion items such as baju kurung, caftan, baju kebaya, and hijabs known for their unique and high-quality designs, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to plan and execute a growth strategy that includes building a network of agents and retailers throughout Malaysia, including designing a distribution strategy for Hyleen products in clothing stores nationwide. We are known for using materials that are exceptionally comfortable and soft, suitable for Malaysia's climate. Our goal is to create captivating designs every season and ensure that our products are available nationwide. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement a growth strategy to establish a network of agents and retailers throughout Malaysia, including designing a distribution strategy for Hyleen products in clothing stores nationwide. - Identify the potential in regions and markets for the effective establishment of agents and retailers and coordinate the execution of this strategy. - Build strong relationships with agents and retailers, providing the necessary support to ensure the widespread availability of Hyleen products in clothing stores throughout Malaysia. - Manage and oversee the execution of the product distribution strategy, including collaborations with partner clothing stores. - Analyze market trends and competitors to understand opportunities and threats. - Manage the sales team and implement an effective marketing plan. - Foster relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. - Monitor sales performance, identify issues, and seek opportunities for improvement. - Execute effective promotional and marketing programs to enhance brand awareness. **Qualifications**: - Experience in marketing and business development, especially in the fashion industry, is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities. - Ability to identify market opportunities and conduct SWOT analysis. - Skills in designing and implementing strategies to build networks of agents and retailers, including product distribution in clothing stores. - Knowledge of current fashion trends and the Muslim fashion industry is a plus. - A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
