E-commerce Store Assistant

Job description:

- Process order from different platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, Chek Hup website, and other ecommerce platforms)
- Arrange shipment (liaise with courier service driver to make sure they come to collect the parcels everyday)
- Stock Counting (need to stock count everyday in order to know the quantity of stock everyday)
- Prepare packaging materials (such as fold parcel boxes)
- Check returning parcel (see what is the condition of the parcel, to know what is the reason of returning parcel)
- Check and count good receive stock (when replenish stock arrived, have to count and check the condition of stock)
- Stock arrangement (to make sure the warehouse is neat and tidy and it is easy access to the stock, easy for staff to take the stock when packing parcels)
- Monitor best before date
- Monitor courier when handing over the parcels to them
- Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse (have to tidy up packing area after finish packing parcels)

**Requirements**:

- Able read and speak in Malay and English
- Punctuality and Good Time Management
- Good Attitude

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
