**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company’s marketing goals and brands image.
- Implement a social media creative content that align with brands image and messaging.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
- Develop and implement social media campaign to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Responsible for social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Actively engage with followers, build relationships and foster a sense of community on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages and inquiries promptly and maintain a strong online presence.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and manage social media budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience at least 2-3 years in social media management and content creation. Preferably in food industry is an added advantage.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Good in copywriting for media social posting
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, resourceful, meticulous, problem-solving skills and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Possess positive attitude, good working attitude and good teamwork.
- Preferably someone with creativity attributes, work within a team of like-minded professionals and have open minded ideas especially worldwide minded is an added advantage.
- Computer literate: Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point
- Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- **Possess own mode of transportation.**:

- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

We follow National & Selangor Public Holidays

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
