Job Requirement:

- 1 -3 years experience is preferred (fresh graduate is welcome)
- Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.⁠
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills to interact with the online community effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage) for grammar, style, and brand alignment.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to derive insights and optimize strategies based on data such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and etc.
- Keen attention to detail in content curation, editing, scheduling, and event planning.
- Social media savvy. Aware of the latest social media, marketing, branding trend.
- Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, or equivalent.
- Ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage multiple social media accounts, posting content regularly, and responding to foster a positive online community.
- Generate, edit, publish and shareable social media content (original text, images or video) that encourages community members to take action.
- Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Perform competitor and market research on trendy & creative content to plan out effective social media content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement new strategies and techniques.
- Work closely with marketing team to deliver progressive result in social media marketing projects and with the sales team for sales lead conversion.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
