We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition and Account Servicing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Effective communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and a strategic approach to client acquisition and account servicing will be essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and campaigns
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- SPM Level or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in client acquisition, account servicing, or sales roles, preferably in a related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
