**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customer and resolve the issue raise by them such as laptop, desktop access issue, network, printer and internet connectivity issue, software like O365, mailbox, account access related cases.
- Provide support on simple/standard software installation allowed in the client environment and laptop, outlook profile configuration
- Provide support on software or driver installation and uninstallation
- Resolve all issues using standard practices, procedures and company approved troubleshooting tools and workflow processes.
- Escalate issues to appropriate parties as necessary.
- Recommend updates and enhancements based on daily interaction with customers and their needs.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Interact with technical support groups as needed to resolve complex issues and problems.
- Provide feedback regarding analyst performance to be included in reviews, etc.

**Requirement**:

- Able to communicate, read and write in English is compulsory for daily work communication with offshore L2 support team in India.
- Have L1.5 to L2 experience in troubleshooting for printer, desktop, Laptop, software (MS O365), hardware and password reset relevant experience
- Client facing role, punctual attendance to client site on daily basis is compulsory
- On standby post whenever required
- Possess good discipline, attitude, time management and self-learn is a plus point
- Frequent Medical leave or emergency leave is not tolerable
- Able to join immediately

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
