This position is part of the _Customer Service Team_ and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- _ Manage customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction_
- _ Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements_

The essential requirements of the job include:

- _ Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills_
- _ Clear verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, organization skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset_
- _ Europe (EMEA) time zone hours and holiday schedule_
- _ Language proficiency (Spanish)_

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- _ ERP knowledge with SAP preferred_
- _ Professional diploma/degree, or equivalent years of experience_
