- Assist in resolving workers (Local and Foreign) complaints, and disciplinary issues at the workplace/hostel and providing counseling.
- Experienced in recruiting local workers, especially in rural areas.
- Support the operations team in local recruitment.
- Proficient in hostel management
- Proficient in using Microsoft computers
- Good teamwork and good communication skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
- Discipline, responsibility, work extra hours, self-reliance, Supervision.
- Able to work outside the area & posses own transport.
