You will:

1. Oversee and execute full-process on-site operations:

  • Daily inspect warehouse areas (receiving, storage, sorting, shipping zones) to monitor operation compliance in receiving inspection, in-storage tallying, order sorting, and shipping verification, ensuring alignment with company SOPs and local Malaysian standards.
  • Monitor real-time operation progress (order processing timeliness, picking efficiency), resolve on-site issues (system failures, manpower shortages, cargo anomalies) to ensure 100% daily plan completion.
  • Check inventory status (location accuracy, stacking tidiness, label-reality consistency), conduct daily spot checks on key products to maintain inventory discrepancy rate ≤0.5%.

2. Manage on-site staff and provide immediate guidance:

  • Directly manage on-site operation teams, responsible for pre-shift task allocation (area division, order priority), in-shift operation guidance (standard picking paths, equipment usage norms), and post-shift summaries.
  • Correct non-compliant operations (rough handling, arbitrary cargo movement, unreturned equipment), provide immediate training to new or unskilled staff (WMS system operation, cargo classification standards).
  • Observe staff performance, coordinate cross-role support (e.g., dispatch sorters during peak receiving) to improve manpower efficiency.

3. Manage on-site safety and 5S:

  • Daily inspect warehouse safety facilities (fire equipment, surveillance cameras, lighting systems) and operational safety (forklift speed, PPE wearing, cargo stacking stability), eliminate hazards (floor debris, exposed wires) to prevent accidents.
  • Oversee 5S implementation (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain), periodically adjust area divisions (relocate slow-moving items, prioritize fast-moving items) to optimize storage layout and operation flow.

4. Manage on-site data and exception feedback:

  • Record real-time operation data (picking errors, order delays, equipment downtime), compile daily "On-site Operation Report" (including issues and improvement suggestions) for reporting to supervisors and relevant departments.
  • Address high-frequency exceptions (system picking path errors, non-compliant supplier packaging) by collaborating with IT, procurement, etc., to implement solutions (system parameter adjustment, supplier communication).

5. Customer service and maintenance:

  • Interface with Malaysia regional client stores, address warehousing and delivery complaints/requests to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collect client feedback regularly to optimize service standards.

We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor's Degree or above

Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics project management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc) and Powerpoint

Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and Indonesian is advantageous

Honest, outgoing, highly responsible, and capable of adapting quickly to a dynamic environment
