Responsibility

  • Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Monitor loading and unloading processes to prevent damage or loss.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and operational efficiency.
  • Handle stock discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Train new warehouse staff and enforce standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
  • Physically fit and able to work in warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
