**Product Improvement**:

- Help to analyse existing products to identify areas for improvement regarding taste, quality, cost, or shelf life.
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials to test product feasibility and optimize recipes.
- Assist to implement changes to existing products based on data analysis and feedback.
- Conducting research on new materials, technologies, and ingredients to improve existing product functionality.
- Creating prototypes and testing them through rigorous quality control procedures.

**Collaboration**:

- Working closely with related teams to translate production/market needs into product concepts and assist to implement changes and monitor their impact on product quality and performance.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth transition from R&D to manufacturing/commercialization
- Engaging with external partners like research institutions and raw material/machine suppliers

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Perform sensory evaluations to assess taste, texture, and overall acceptability
- Analysing data from research experiments and preparing detailed reports
- Ensuring all research and development activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards and quality control procedures; Implement changes and monitor their impact on product quality and performance.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of research findings, test results, and product specifications

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and experimental design, project management skills and/or time management skills will be added advantages
- Experience with food processing techniques and equipment relevant to the food industry
- Knowledge of product commercialization in the market
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively present research findings and collaborate with stakeholders, fluent in Malays and English, other language is added advantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
