To mainly support sales department operability & functionality either external or internal.
- To tighten up the harmonious relationship between the company and customers so as to achieve the company goals and objective.
- To liaise and coordinate with the relevant department person in charge in order to smoothen the work flow.
- To promptly and accurately respond to customer's requirements & handle to customer's complaint.
- To assist in gathering & preparing the market intelligence activities information such as market share, pricing, product, competitor analysis and general development in the industry.
- To assist & follow up the collection of outstanding debt from customers.
- To review the customer agreement before submit to Legal department for further action.
- To guide & lead the senior/sales assistant, senior/sales clerk in job functionality.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years experiences in related field however, **fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- Computer literate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to multitasking.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
