Join a fast-growing **online training and corporate travel agency**, accredited by **HRD Corp**, specializing in claims for corporate Malaysia. We are seeking a **Sales & General Manager** with a proven track record in business development, sales, and team management to lead and grow our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development & Sales**:

- Drive business growth through lead generation, sales pitching, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage and handle e-commerce platforms and online marketing to generate leads and drive conversions.
- **Operations & Team Management**:

- Lead and manage the back-office team, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- **Event, Training & Travel Management**:

- Plan and execute corporate events, training sessions, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- **Social Media & AI Tools**:

- Utilize social media platforms and AI tools for marketing, sales lead management, and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee and optimize online campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- **Client Handling & Project Execution**:

- Work flexible hours to cater to client needs and project timelines.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, propose tailored solutions, and close projects successfully.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years in business development, sales, and managing teams.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce, online marketing, and sales lead handling.
- Prior experience in event management, corporate training, or travel itinerary planning is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using social media and AI tools for marketing and operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and close deals.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Own transport for client meetings and project-related travel.
- Flexibility in work hours to meet client and project demands.
