**Position Overview**:
Ascott Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented **Guest Services Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless service throughout their stay. Your role will be crucial in upholding Ascott Kuala Lumpur’s high standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Engagement**:

- Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide a warm introduction to the property.
- Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions based on guest preferences.

**Front Desk & Concierge Services**:

- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and other concierge services.

**Guest Relations**:

- Maintain continuous communication with guests to address their needs, gather feedback, and enhance their overall experience.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.

**Property Representation**:

- Act as the brand ambassador for Ascott Kuala Lumpur, upholding and reflecting the property’s values and reputation.
- Provide guests with in-depth knowledge of Kuala Lumpur’s culture, landmarks, and attractions.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on guest interactions and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in guest services, front office, or hospitality is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and its cultural and recreational offerings is a plus.
- Commitment to high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
