Are you eager to kickstart your career in business development? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all stages of the sales cycle, from building new client relationships to maintaining existing ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building relationships with prospective partners.
- Support the design and execution of account plans to build deeper relationships and grow sales for each key customer.
- Help generate new business leads to achieve high acquisition numbers on a monthly basis.
- Develop services, retain existing partners, and acquire new business opportunities via phone calls under the guidance of senior team members.
- Manage the portfolio of existing partners and potential partners via phone calls.
- Liaise closely with relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Assist in analyzing the market and establishing competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field./ SPM.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and business development, preferably with some experience or coursework related to the software industry.
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and eagerness to learn about deal closing and sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills or willingness to develop these skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
