PURPOSE:
Responsible for the overall project operations by ensuring projects meets the deadline, compliance to the contract requirement, quality, and cost. Project Assistant Manager shall be accountable for the overall performance of the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing the project activities with a view to provide an effective and efficient professional administration function.

a. Outreach campaign

c. Physical or virtual events d. Monitoring & project execution

2. Developing and maintaining close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units.

3. Making sure project deliveries are on track with project requirements, customer satisfaction, deadlines, and schedules.

4. Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
Required Skill(s): I

Interviewing skills, Interpersonal skills, hardworking

Ability to work independently with positive attitude and responsible character. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties. SKILLS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Proficient in MS Project, and MS Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Resourceful and results oriented individual.
- Possess logical and analytical thinking in making suggestion / recommendations.
- Self starter, committed to excellence and strong desire to learn.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
