**Training and Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
**Employee Engagement**
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
**HR Administration**
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the HR information system.
- Handle payroll-related tasks and collaborate with Admin & Payroll manager for payroll processing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and well-organized.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
