**Job Scope**:

- To monitor and maintain servers and networking equipment including installing,maintaining and upgrading Microsoft window based servers.
- To manage and monitor all installed system and infrastructure.
- To responsible for the overall company general IT and user support.
- To troubleshoot and fix hardware and software are related issues.
- Attend Customer’s service calls.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

**Job Requirement & Qualification**:

- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology / Science Computer or equivalent
- Have Professional Certificate in Network / Data Centre will add advantage
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an IT Technician (hardware / software / server ) or in a similar role
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, server and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills (Fluent in English will add on advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to new technologies and willing to learn continuously
- Basic network knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocol stacks, basic routing and switching knowledge
- Basic server knowledge (Active Directory, Print Server, VPN)
- Able to travel across Malaysia
- Prefer Male
- Malaysian Only

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
