- **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.**:

- **A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin is preferred to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients; proficient in English and/or Malay, both oral and written.**:

- **Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.**:

- **Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.**:

- **Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.**:

- **Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales planning.**:

- **Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.**:

- **Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.**:

- **Represent the company at industry events and explore new opportunities.**
