**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via digital platforms.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest automotive models, features, and market trends.
- Educate customers about new and upcoming vehicles and promotions.

**Lead Management**:

- Respond promptly to online and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up regularly to generate sales.

**Achieving Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to improve performance.

**Post-Sales Support**:

- Assist customers with after-sales services, including delivery and documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
